Product Description

POLYBIT® POLYCRYL is a superior grade, single component; pure acrylic based waterproofing and protective coating for concrete & masonry surfaces. the coating is durable, flexible and has a high resistance to uV. the coating is suitable for both interior and exterior application protective and anti carbonation coating on
concrete bridges and all exposed concrete structures, cement render and plastered surfaces.

How to Use

Surface Preparation

All the surfaces must be cleaned and made free of
dust, dirt, moss, oil, grease and other loose particles.

Application

A primer coat is recommended, particularly on the
vertical surfaces to seal the pores and stabilize the
surface. apply the coating with a brush, roller or airless spray.
allow the coating to dry completely before applying the subsequent coats. 2 coats should always be
applied; the second coat at 90° to the first

Finishing

allow the final coating to cure fully (72 hours) after which it can be put in service.
for roof applications, the coating should be applied @1.2 lt/m²/coat for a dft of 1.5mm in 2 coats.

Frequently asked questions

There is no special primer. Primer can be prepared at site by diluting this with clean sweet water in the ratio 1:1 by volume.
