POLYBIT® BITUPLUS ULTRA P 4270 is used as a waterproofing membrane on the following structures, inverted roofs & podiums, terraces & balconies, sunken slabs, bridge piers, bridge viaducts, underpasses, box culverts, concrete foundations, building footings, retailing walls, holding tanks & reservoirs.

It is recommended using solvent based bitumen primer conforming to ASTM D 41

Yes. It msut be protected from damages that may happen during the site activities.

No. It is not necessary to use bonding agents or twin sided tape for fixing on torch applied membranes. It can be applied by torching.

    A multi layer, asphaltic protection board manufactured by thermally bonding polymer modified bitumen with selected additives which, sandwiched between a layer of saturated fibre-glass on one side and anti-stick polyethylene liner on the other.
